Doctor Eamer

Isang Taong Dumaan – 2016

And not all of them stayed. Some just passed by. And in one way or another, all of them taught us a lesson. That’s part of life. Pero sabi nga nila, “It’s the journey that matters not the destination.” Tama nga naman. Noong unang araw ng taong 2016, are we really looking forward for December 31, 2016? I think not. But we are looking forward for the journey during the whole 365 days of the year.

So ano nga bang nangyari sa aking buong taon?

At the start of the year, we always have Prayer and Fasting in our church, Destiny Ministries International. So iyon ang naging simula ng 2016 ko. Planning, praying and preparing for the whole year.

Wala naman akong exclusive date noong February. But we organized an event for singles and couples – Exchange of Hearts. First time ko ding mag-organize ng isang hiking. I invited several groups/circle of friends. Amazing at natuloy! Haha! Sa Pico de Loro. ❤

March is for my driving lessons. First time kong nag-drive sa SLEX going to Tagaytay and back to LB. It was awesome! Dami ring birthday celebrations sa family. My mom and my sister. Then I attended trainings of Jason Lo.

April. I collaborated with my awesome online friends, Renz and Ched for the That Thing Called Blogging Seminar (TTCB). Puro online meetings lang kami the whole April. I also attended a wedding of my friends – Joseph and Febe. We had our annual workshop sa work na ginanap sa Laiya, Batangas.

May. Of course, it’s my birthday month. OMG! 26 na ako! My family and I booked at a hotel resort sa Calamba. Thanks 88 Hotspring Resort. Kahit overnight lang yun, sulit! Siyempre, I always do something for my birthday. Kaya naman I really pursue TTCB. Salamat sa lahat ng nagpunta! I gained new friends and networks. You can check the presentations of five speakers here. First time ko ring pumunta sa Villa Escudero. Biglaang lakad with my churchmates. Siyempre ito rin yung month ng election. Napakamakasaysayan. I never regret voting and supporting Duterte. Along with that, I was one the coordinators of our retreat event in the church. God’s grace talaga.

June. I attended a Closing Ceremony for Continuing Education Program of University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU). Thanks Blu for inviting me! I was really inspired with the speeches of top graduates. Thank you Dr. Alip for the inspirational talk. Nagkaroon din kami ng relaxation time sa Laresio Resort, with my churchmates.

July. I enrolled to ECommerce Short Online Course of UPOU. Sa halagang 5,500 sulit na sulit! If you want to check other online course, visit this link. I attended our annual NCPM-ICPM conference sa Lima, Batangas. Grabe! Super awesome ng experience. I bought my first motorcycle. Hello Blue! Thanks for accompanying me going to work, doing some errands, at sa mga melan mode ko. Haha! More gala to come!

August. I had my training in Tagaytay for the Chemical Safety and Security. We had our Subic Trip. Relaxing and fun times with Carl, Kuya Wilbs, Ate Rachel, and Tita Te. I organized a Book Exchange Event in Los Banos. It was my first time to organized such event. Nakakatuwa kasi ang daming nagpunta kahit very short notice. Mga 2 weeks preparation lang. Thanks Ms. Khit at Jael for co-organizing! Know more about the event here. I think mauulit ito this 2017.

In fairness kahit one hour talk lang yun nakakapaos. First time kong magpunta sa Metro Manila International Book Fair. Paghahandaan ko talaga ang MIBF this 2017. We went to Tarlac for my MS project.

October. Second anniversary ni Doctor Eamer. Trip to Cagbalete and Bicol with Carl and Tita Te. Mahabang biyahe. First time ko sa Bicol. Siyempre first time ko nakita ang Mayon.

November. Araw ng mga patay at pagpaparamdam. LOL Nagkasore-eyes ako. I presented my ECommerce at UPOU. Kinabahan ako nung una since may mga manonood liban sa aming course coordinator. So this is my project – The Bookshelf.

December. I was the top graduate of our ECommerce Class. Yahoo! To God be the glory. Akalain mo iyon! I delivered a speech. First time to meet some of the officers of PSA. Field trip lang ang peg. Pinto Art Museum. Witnessed a wedding of one of closest sister in the church. Congrats Jang and Joy. ❤ Of course, Christmas Eve. Nagsimba muna kami sa Church Among the Palms, then dinner. 🙂

Memories will be memories. It’s up to us alin ang mga babalikan nating memories. It can be positive or negative. But I hope we will treasure every memories that inspires us to be that man and woman that God wants us to be.

Mag-iiwan ako ng 16 quotes na maaari nating magamit as we face 2017. Cheers!

So dito natin tatapusin ang 2016. I’m excited to meet 2017. By the way, special mention to Pastor Peter Tan Chi. I’m amazed. Haha! But of course, ang meaty ng mga sinasabi niya.

Anong masasabi mo?
