28 Prayer Items | Birthday Trip at Antipolo’s Prayer Mountain

I want some personal time for myself and then the idea to go to (Touch of Glory) Prayer Mountain in Antipolo, Rizal came across my mind. I’ll definitely make a separate blog for my review of the Prayer Mountain and how to go there.

Way back January of this year, I planned to spend my birthday in Yangon, Myanmar. That time, the airfare (May 3 to 8) is just around 9k for a two-way trip. But I didn’t book it because my passport is already expired. It was around first week of April that I processed my passport renewal at DFA Aseana. I took almost three weeks before I got my passport.

When I was about to book my flight on the last week of April, voila! The plane ticket costs more than 20k already. 😦 I decided not to book it and have my plan B, which is going to Prayer Mountain instead.

It’s been a while since I last  shared some personal things here in my blog. I miss this blog site so much! I miss to comment on my co-bloggers’ sites too. So here you go.

Here’s my 28 Prayer Items:

28. Personal Growth

Okay. Age is just a number. Pero hindi nangangahulugang kapag tumatanda ka ay automatic na nagiging mature ka. You should be intentional in your own personal growth.

27. Financial Abundance

Sino bang may ayaw sa ganito, diba? I need more wisdom in handling my finances especially sa ginawa kong major decision in life this year. READ on. Kwento ko later.

26. Spiritual Maturity

One thing I fear is to be stagnant in my spiritual walk with God. I don’t want to live a life in a circular way. I mean, paulit-ulit. Paikot-ikot na tila wala namang pupuntahan at walang significant things na nagagawa. I fear that my faith will weaken. I need to be matured spiritually to face every trials in life. So help me God. (nanumpa lang. Haha)

25. Family

“Ahhmm… My… My family… Oh my god… I’m… Ok, I’m so sorry…” (Familiar? Yan kasi unang naisip ko. Sorry. Hello Ms. Janina! You are awesome!) Of course, my family is so dear to me. I pray that we will be strengthened and binded by God’s love, and the love and presence of each one.

24. Legacy

I don’t know pero ngayon pa lang I’m thinking of things that we will leave here on earth. Ikaw ba? Kapag namatay ka bukas, anong maaalala sa iyo? I suggest that we make our lives worth living.

Ang hirap pa lang gumawa ng lists! The first five ay general. I’ll try to be more specific na. Game!

23. Bible School and Suitable Course

That’s right. Tama ang pagkakabasa mo. I plan to go to Bible School this August. I’m eyeing for IGSL or ATS but I will scout other schools pa rin. Ayaw ko actually na super focused sa Theology. I’m more interested sa building the foundation and the application. Pwede siguro ang MA in Transformational Leadership, MA in Urban Leadership, Counseling, or MBA. I’m still praying for that.

22. Additional Source of Income

My resignation was approved already. My last day in the office was last April 30. Nakakapanibago nga. Walang aircon sa bahay. Haha! Seriously, ang saya gumising na hindi mo need magmadali. So far naman I have some online works that can still pay for my bills. If you want to be a freelancer, better check out 199jobs.com, upwork.com, onlinejobs.ph. Actually booming ngayon ang virtual assistant na mga works. Do your own research na lang.

21. My Own Academic E-Book

My first self-published book is the Love is Blog. Hindi ko sinubukang ibenta ito via ebook. Maybe soon. Maybe not. But I’m planning to create an academic e-book na mostly related sa expertise ko. Math. Naks! Sorry to boast pero nauno ko naman lahat ng Math subjects ko sa UPLB. Boom panes! Ewan ko pero bakit parang ang dali lang sa akin ng Math. Mas mahirap ang mag-move on. LOL!

I already tested the potential of selling digital products. I already sold some digital products (from internet research only). That means you’ll look for some resources in the internet that can be useful to other people or can help solve their problems. For example, they are looking for resources about how to be out of debt in their credit cards. You as a digital entrepreneur will look and research for all the possible information that will help the potential buyer. Then compile it and sell it. It’s like they hire you as researcher to answer their problems. Gets? Sobrang daming problema sa mundo, kaya hindi ka muubusan ng posibleng buyers.

Back to my story, ayun. For three months, I sold more than 70k already. I’m venturing into some potential niche pa. As long as mayroon kang iooffer na solusyon sa isang problema, you’ll not going to be broke financially. Nagulat din ako actually na bibilhin iyon ng Pinoy. Lesson learned? May katamarang taglay ang mga Pinoy, which became an opportunity for me. More story soon!

20. Creative Ideas

If you really want to thrive with anything, you need to have creative ideas. I have several ideas that need to be tested. Watch out for it.

19. Makeover of my room

I need a nice place to work. I’ll be converting my room into my workplace station habang hindi pa dumarating ang August. I’m thinking of buying more things actually – ergonomic chair, PC, aircon, table, etc. But wala pa tayong budget for that. Need to prioritize other essential things muna.

Ayan. Medyo hindi na ganoon ka-general ang mga naisulat ko na prayer items. Itong mga susunod ay specific na talaga (though mostly material things).

18. Samsung Gear Watch S3

I have my personal reason why I want this. It could be a luxury but it can be an asset. I share this next time. Hehe

17. New Laptop

Notebook kasi ang mayroon ako. Then may isa naman akong lumang laptop kaso Windows Vista pa. Need to level up.

16. Car

Brand new or secondhand? Hmmmmmm…

15. New Bed

Gusto ko yung sobrang lambot na foam.

14. Camera

Ayoko pang magsimula ng V-blogging pero I need some good camera.

13. Webinar Kit

For future use ito. Malay mo interviewhin ako sa mga webinars. I need this also para sa project ko sa #21.

12. Farm

I’m looking for farm na pwedeng rentahan dito sa Bay Laguna. Para may pagkaabalahan ang tatay ko.

11. Luggage Bag

May nakita akong Europak na bag. Ang nice! Tamang-tama for backpacking and for my travels abroad.

1o. Emergency Kit

Naisip ko lang ito bigla. I need to practice emergency preparedness. Hindi mo alam kung kailan darating ang sakuna (sunod, lindol, bagyo, pag-ibig, etc.) Napasama ang pag-ibig. LOL! At least, handa ka. Dumating man o hindi 😉

9. Formal Coat

Madami kasi akong aattendan na kasal in few months time. Wala kasi akong coat. I usually borrow sa friends dahil once or twice a year ko lang naman nagagamit iyon. Congrats sa mga kaibigan kong bagong engaged! Pati sa on the way to engagement na. 🙂

Pamparami sa lists yung mga materyal na bagay. Mukha ngang wish lists at hindi talaga prayer items. Haha

8. Gain Weight

Sorry. Payat pa rin ako. Nasa genes daw. Pero tataba rin ako. Tiwala lang.

7. Go to Gym

Kasama ito sa plan sa pagtaba. Let’s have some work out. I have my time now! Haha!

6. Daily Exercise

Noong nasa work ako, seldom akong magkaroon ng oras para mag-ehersisyo. Ngayon kahit umaga, I can play basketball na. Buti may court sa subdivision namin. At least now, nagagamit ko na ang bola na binili ko dati.

5. New Dishes

I want to try to cook new dishes. Hindi pa rin nadadagdagan ang alam kong lutuin. Tinola. Sinigang. Adobo. I want to try spaghetti, paksiw, pansit, etc.

Oha! Puro sa personal na pagtaba yung mga huling nabanggit na items. Kasi nga 28 na ako. To Eat (2-8). #Waley

4. Family Reunion

Gusto ko talagang mapush na ito. Matagal na ring pinag-uusapan naming magpipinsan na magkaroon ng reunion. Hopefully this December na. Huwag dapat tayong tumulad sa iba na nagkakaroon lamang ng reunion kapag may patay lang. 😦

3. Equipping

I want to be equipped sa ministry and works of God. I desire to be of service sa church. This is something na gagawin ko kahit walang bayad. All for God!

2. Awesome People

I want to meet awesome people. Gusto kong mapalibutan ako ng mga taong dreamers, innovators, and influencers. I want to be mentored too.

1. God’s Will

I’m not talking about the “God’s will” na iniisip ng karamihan. They equate the term “God’s will” sa “partner in life.” HELLO! If that’s the only meaning of it, then parang ang babaw naman ng kahulugan ng buhay. For me, God’s will is something that you are willing to die for… something you are willing to live for. Pero siyempre, kailangan nating ipanalangin ang ating puso. 😉
