Usapang timbang muna tayo.
Are you worth the weight? If yes, then I am willing to weight for you hanggang sa tamang panahon.LOL!
Sabi nila, huwag na huwag ka daw magtatanong sa mga babae patungkol sa timbang nila. Kung may Voldemort (the name that must not be named) sa Harry Potter, ang mga babae naman ay may weight issue (the question that must not be questioned). So ikaw, anong weight mo? 😉
Kung may problema ka sa timbang mo dahil labis-labis ito, baka maging interesado ka sa kuwento ni Joe Cross.
G’day, I’m Joe Cross. You might know me from the movie, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, which documented my personal journey to regain my health. When I made the film, I literally was fat, sick and nearly dead. I was 100 pounds overweight, loaded up on steroids and suffering from a debilitating autoimmune disease. I was at the end of my rope and the end of my hope. In the mirror I saw a 310-lb man whose gut was bigger than a beach ball and a path laid out before me that wouldn’t end well.
With doctors and conventional medicines unable to help me long-term, I knew I had to drastically change my lifestyle so I turned to the only option left: the body’s natural ability to heal itself. I traded in my typical junk food diet and decided to hit the road with a juicer and generator in tow, vowing only to drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices for the next 60 days. Across 3,000 miles I had one goal in mind: To get off the pills and achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
By juicing fruits and vegetables, I successfully lost the weight and got myself off all prescription drugs and truly rebooted my life. I also developed a passion and appreciation for the delicious tastes and healing properties of the produce I was consuming.
Now I am free of my autoimmune disease, I live a happy and balanced life at a healthy weight and I could never imagine returning to my old ways again.
And you know what? If I can do it, so can you! Juice on!
Madami akong natutunan patungkol sa kahalagahan ng pag-inom ng fresh juice. Magbasa ka din ng articles sa www.juicingscience.com para naman magkaroon ka ng mas malawak na kaalaman about juicing. Salamat Breville Philippines sa mga freebies last time. 🙂
Kung may mga katanungan kayo tungkolsa juicing at kung bibili kayo ng juicer, pwede kayong magpadala ng email kay Ms. Well (email@example.com). Kindly check and like their Facebook page din: www.facebook.com/brevillephilippines.
