PAG-IBIG ATBP.

Kasalanan ba ang maging bakla o tomboy?

rainbowLGBT

Article 18:

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

Article 19:

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Ituloy natin.

Ano ang sinasabi ng Bibliya ukol dito? Three points.

1. Romans 1:26-28

26 That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. 27 And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men, and as a result of this sin, they suffered within themselves the penalty they deserved. 28 Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done.

Bakit may speed limit? Bakit kailangang register ang mga sasakyan? Bakit kailangang pumasa muna sa emission test? Bakit kailangan may head light o warning signs? Bakit may mga lugar na bawal mag-over take? Bakit dapat naka-seat belt? Etc…

“We must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body.” (2 Corinthians 5:10).

2. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

9 Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, 10 or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. 11 Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. If you serve Christ with this attitude, you will please God, and others will approve of you, too. (Romans 14:17-18)

3. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20

18 Run from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body. 19 Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, 20 for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.

Fun run?LOL!

Ano ang masasabi ko? Three points din.

1. Mahal ka ng Diyos.

I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness. –Jeremiah 31:3

1 You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. 13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. 17 How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! – Psalm 139:1, 13, 14, 17

2. May plano si God para sa iyo.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. – Jeremiah 29:11

31 To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” –John 8:31-32

Three points din. 🙂

1. Sabi ni Ate Inah:

If indeed God makes no mistakes, why then do we think we have an option to choose which gender we are because of how we feel?

If indeed we strive for equality, then why are Christians being prejudiced against by believing that God does not intend for the same gender to marry? Are we wrong to believe in what the Bible says? It is already written, we are not changing it to conform with the times! Homosexuality is a personal decision, not the original design. I know this. I was part of the LGBT!

As much as I have respect and love for people in the LGBT community, I have EVEN MORE respect for those who decide to be men and women of integrity – no matter the temptation, no matter the ease of transitioning into something that is now so socially acceptable – because they honor and value the Masterpiece that God created them to be.

As for me, my conviction and decision brought me the life I have now. Seeing my children with their father, I would not trade it for anything!

I am a Woman, proud and loud! Love wins indeed.

Tandaan natin, “what is legal is not always biblical and what is biblical need not always be acknowledged as legal.”

“At least may nag-aalaga sa iyo. Pero at the back of your mind, masaya ka ba?…” – Stephen

Bilang pagtatapos, sabi nga ni Apostle Paul sa 1 Corinthians 10:23 Everything is PERMISSIBLE, but everything isn’t BENEFICIAL. Everything is permitted, but everything doesn’t build others up.

– Pananaw Pinoy

“Hindi lang opinyon mo ang mahalaga. Ikaw mismo ay mahalaga! You are valuable. :-)” –Doctor Eamer

A rainbow appears right after the great worldwide flood brought in order to remove sinful and evil-minded man from the earth. It symbolized God’s mercy and the covenant He made with Noah (representing mankind) not to destroy the world in such a way again.

12 And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come:13 I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. 14 Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, 15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. (Genesis 9:12-15)

At least ngayon, alam niyo na. 🙂

Very well said, I hope and pray that our lost brothers and sister will find their way towards God and not towards those evil desires. Let’s pray for them

Ganun talaga Bro. God gave us His laws not because He hates us, but LOVES us. He gave us the Bible to have an instruction manual on how to live this life. For us, Christians, let us not condemn the LGBT community but rather help them change their lives and lead them to Christ.

Amen to that! 😀 Don’t worry, God called each one of us for a specific purpose to accomplish one common goal come God’s perfect time. 😀

Will seek for God’s revelation and guidance when I do write the LGBT article. My prayers are with you always bro! Keep it up! 🙂

Di pala na-post kahapon comment ko dito. Cellphone kasi gamit ko. I meant to say congratulations again for nailing this topic, Joseph! I was so engrossed reading it while cooking kaya nasunog sauce niluto ko, lol! Anyway, the points you presented here are in agreement with my beliefs. Kahit kailan di ako sang-ayon sa same sex marriage and as a parent here in the US, di ko maiwasan mangamba kasi I have 4 kids who will be exposed to this.
